I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and so far so good. Arrived on time and packaged/protected well. Easy to set up, just switch on and the auto tune did the job well. The picture quality and sound is great and perfect for me and what I want. The program guide is fine, though I have noticed it doesn't always pick up the actual
program information, or only for some channels. Option to see the program on now and on next, and also the times the programmes start.
Haven't really had time to go in depth with all the ins and outs of it and the technical side. Though I actually don't need or want to. Just turn and and choose something to watch.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Excellent picture quality, simple, multiple menus, easy to set up and with features that expand its' use and flexibility.
Attached a laptop with no trouble and ran it as a 40" monitor and watched DVD's via an external hard drive.
This from a techno-phobe.
Amazon give 110% support and absolute no-quibble customer service.
A problem due to my ignorance was addressed at their expense with neither complaint nor censure.

I was looking for a decent sized HD TV with enough features on a budget, and got exactly that. The 4 HDMI ports come in very handy, as do the 2 USB ports. Pretty light considering the size, too, and the HD picture is lovely, of course. My only gripe really is with the sound. Out of the box it sounded muffled and tinny, but with a bit of jiggery-pokery with the equalizer settings it sounds just fine now - not brilliant, but good enough. Recommended if you're just after something big enough to enjoy your blu-rays on, but not if you're a serious technophile that needs the best AV around.
